Weekend Recap

Sunshine oh sunshine how fabulous you are! While most people wouldn't count this as being a warm time of year it's definitely not cold and it's so nice to go outside!

Friday was supposed to be pretty quiet I worked and after travelling for work throughout the week I wanted a quiet night in. Friends called at the last minute saying their dinner dates cancelled and  they wanted to know if we would come over. Obviously BBQ'd ribs are much tastier than Cheerios which was the original plan so we happily accepted. It also gave the puppies time to play.

Look at these best buds they are just the best of friends:

We have been taking them to a dog park that borders the river and they LOVE it! But it's super muddy so straight into the tub when they get home. Second picture they are waiting for us to finish wedding planning for Max (white puppy's) mom. We had a long wedding to-do list so it took a long time and they were not so patient.

Up next was prep for the start of ThePBP or Pilates Body Program from Balanced life, it's a six week program where you need to do the videos at least four times a week and they also provide meal planning and coaching. I got hooked when I did the 28 days of pilates mini videos. I have always been a big fan of pilates but work get crazy and I don't like having to go to the gym in the evening so this program is great because you can do it all at home or whenever it works. I'm even thinking of doing it over my lunch hours if I bring the iPad in to work. If you want to know more about it let me know, I am debating posting before - after pictures but I am not sure I am that brave.

Winner, winner chicken dinner! Doesn't this look fantastic? Also why I need to do things like the Pilates Body Program so tasty. It was a Big Taste YYC dinner at the Yellow Door Bistro, more on this one later but YUM! Also great times with great girls. The best dinners are when you leave and your face hurts from laughing so much!
